Restaurants, cafes, mini-marts, beaches and a casino are all within walking distance, so day to day life here does not need a car. For students the commute matters more. The development is approved by both the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM) and the University of Medicine and Health Sciences (UMHS), it sits on both universities’ bus routes, and both campuses are 10 to 15 minutes away.
The floor plan is open-concept: a generously sized kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a separate laundry room, and a combined dining and living area, with large windows, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also large, both with queen-size beds, one with its own en-suite, and a guest bathroom opens off the main hallway. With three bathrooms between three bedrooms, sharers are not queuing for a shower.

Pricing, pets and what is due at signing
Rent runs from USD $2,400 to USD $2,700 per month depending on the floor. Prices on this site are quoted in US dollars, not Eastern Caribbean dollars. On top of the rent there is a $250 prepaid electricity fee: anything you do not use is refunded, and any surplus is charged.
A security deposit, the first month’s rent and the electricity fee are due when the lease is signed. A maximum of two animals is permitted per unit. Furnishings vary between units, so treat the photographs on this page as a guide to the standard rather than to a specific unit.

Frequently asked questions
What is required to secure a unit?
A security deposit and the first month’s rent, together with the electricity fee, payable on signing the lease. Contact us for the current deposit figure and a copy of the rental agreement.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, wire transfer and credit card authorisation. Some methods carry additional fees, so ask us to confirm the total before you send anything.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend enquiring two to three months before you arrive in St. Kitts. Incoming students tend to look in the same few weeks, so early enquiries get the better choice.
Is the development approved by RUSVM and UMHS?
Yes. St. Christopher Club Gardens is approved by both the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and the University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Is it on the university bus routes?
Yes, on the routes for both RUSVM and UMHS, so you can reach campus and get home again without a car.
How long is the lease, and can it match my semester?
The standard term is 12 months, and shorter terms can be negotiated. If you need dates that follow an academic calendar, say so when you enquire and we will discuss it.
Are prices in US dollars or Eastern Caribbean dollars?
US dollars. Both the rent and the $250 electricity fee are quoted in USD.
Are there additional fees on top of the rent?
Internet and water are included in the rent. The regular charge on top of rent is the $250 prepaid electricity fee, reconciled against what you actually use.
Can I bring a pet or a service animal?
Up to two animals are permitted per unit, and that limit applies to service animals as well as pets. If you are travelling with a service animal, tell us when you first enquire so the arrangement is confirmed in writing before you book flights.
What security does the building have?
Security camera surveillance covers the building, and the main door is access-restricted by a key or code issued to tenants. There are bars on the windows and patio doors. There is no on-site security guard.
